Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek is proud to have Executive Chef, Stephen Window on the team. Born and raised in England, Chef Window started his culinary pursuits near his hometown of Manchester. He worked his way through many renowned kitchens in Europe, however, wanting to find a style of his own eventually led him to cooking local fresh catch in Maui. After a few years of working in Hawaii, Window was set on adding new culinary expressions to his menu. Having practiced cooking styles from all over the world with a particular focus on French cuisine, Window began exploring a new world of food, cooking at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Manilla. After a few years, he moved back to America where his new influence helped him open Roppongi, named one of America’s top restaurants by Zagat.

In 2013, Window became the Executive Chef at Casa de Las Campanas in San Diego. He led five different culinary teams, including opening two new restaurants while there. Window strives to bring food to the table that is authentic and delectable. He takes great pride in his work and this passion drives his team to bring incredible creations to residents in our senior community. The Chef and his team take traditional culinary experience to the next level and we are so excited to enjoy the incredible creations his experience and travels bring to our senior community.
