How the CONNECT Resident Referral Program Works

Encouraging your friends or family members to share the joy of our senior communities is easy! We’ve made our resident referral program a simple four-step process.

• One: The current Robson Senior Living resident completes the CONNECT card or the CONNECT With Me card, noting their referral’s contact information.
• Two: Give the completed card to the sales and marketing team.
• Three: The Robson Senior Living team will reach out to the person that you referred.
• Four: If your referral is eligible and moves into the Robson Senior Living Community that you referred them to, you and your referral may be qualified for a monthly fee/rent credit.

Eligibility and Important Guidelines
All referrals are welcome and appreciated. To ensure the program is fair and transparent, please keep in mind that to be eligible for the monthly fee credit, the person referred must be new to our community. This means they cannot have already been referred by someone else, or have previously expressed interest and been included in our database of prospective residents. Our team will review your referral and notify you if the person is already in our database. Please contact our team for more details and full eligibility, and guidelines.
