Spring has sprung at Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes, and what a season of events it’s been already! From our 2024 Wine Tasting Event to our Spring Training BBQ and our Classic Car Show, our calendar has had back-to-back fun. Outside of our special seasonal events, residents within our senior living community enjoyed daily activities like our happy hour and, of course, our Putting League.
A Toast to Flavor
Recently, our community transformed into a haven for wine aficionados during our highly anticipated Wine Tasting Event. Six beautifully decorated stations placed throughout our campus, welcomed residents for an afternoon of delightful discoveries. From bold reds to crisp whites, the selection catered to every palate.
Each table featured a delectable wine picked by our Dining Services Team with their selection of a mouthwatering appetizer. Residents enjoyed lively conversations as they savored the delicious flavors and learned about the wines’ origins. The community was abuzz with friendly chatter and shared appreciation for the finer things in life.
Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or simply enjoy trying new things, the Wine Tasting Event was a delightful opportunity for all. At our Chandler senior living community, we love engaging our residents in fun activities that bring them together for socialization and culture.
Batter Up for Spring Training Fun!
The crack of the bat and the roar of the crowd. To celebrate the season and cheer on our favorite baseball teams, Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes hosted one of our resident’s favorite events – the Spring Training BBQ! Residents and their families gathered for a day of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively conversations.
The aroma of burgers and the sizzle of hot dogs filled the air, setting the stage for a day of delicious food and fun. The BBQ offered a variety of classic dishes, ensuring there was something to tantalize every taste bud. Laughter and cheers echoed as residents reminisced about their favorite baseball memories and shared their predictions for the upcoming season.

Hitting the Green
For those with a competitive spirit, our Putting League continues to be a resident favorite. From longtime residents to new move-ins, this social and engaging activity allows residents to hone their putting skills. The league provides a light-hearted environment for residents to connect and have fun, while not having to leave the community to golf.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a putting novice, the Putting League welcomes all skill levels. The supportive and inclusive atmosphere encourages senior residents to participate, fostering a sense of community and friendly competition. But be ready for a close game!
Classic Car Show Extravaganza
Our recent Classic Car Show Extravaganza at Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes was an energetic celebration of automotive history. This annual event is one that residents always look forward to! The parking lot was transformed into a glistening sea of chrome and polished paint, showcasing a stunning array of classic vintage cars. Each meticulously restored beauty drew admiring gazes and sparked lively conversations amongst residents and car enthusiasts alike. The upbeat tunes of a live band filled the air, adding to the festive atmosphere. With a delicious BBQ and the warm Arizona sun overhead, the event offered a wonderful opportunity to create cherished memories with friends and neighbors.
