This national award honors the best in dining innovation and design. The dining area transformation at Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes is a testament to the commitment to offering an exceptional senior living lifestyle.
A Gathering Place, Reimagined 
Designed by KTI, Kimberly Timmons Interiors, and directed by Karri Kelly, Sr. Vice President of Residential & Commercial Design of Robson Communities, Inc., the dining room remodel aimed to enhance the lifestyle by refreshing the space as the central hub for social togetherness and culinary indulgence with an upscale feel. The estimated 4,300 sq. ft. dining room is now a bright, modern space for residents to enjoy.
Soaring vaulted ceilings and a stunning chandelier adorn the dining room lobby adding modern flair to this popular gathering space. Classic wood tones and calming greens and blues throughout creates a serene ambiance. A state-of-the-art video wall provides residents with an immersive experience that inspires, educates, and entertains.
The dining room, filled with natural light, connects residents to nature and each other. Large windows frame the room, and light furnishings, including quartz tables and patterned chairs, enhance its airy elegance. A hearth oven and cooking demo space replaced the salad bar and bistro area creating memorable moments for residents. The revitalized “R” Bar exudes warmth and hospitality, fostering connections and enriching the overall lifestyle at our Chandler senior community. This inviting space encourages social interactions and new friendships to flourish. Seamlessly connecting these various spaces encourages social interaction and new friendships.
