James Robson
Vice President of Senior Living
James Robson graduated from ASU where he studied International Political Economics. Following his graduation, James worked for Scott Communities Home Building Company. James continued his education with a Master’s in Global Management from Thunderbird. After graduating, he spent 2 years overseeing a 3400-unit student-housing portfolio as the asset manager in Michigan. James returned to Arizona from Michigan to start work with the family company, Robson Communities where he was involved with land acquisition and multifamily housing management under the CFO. For the past 5 years, he has run the senior living operations for the Robson Senior Living communities. James is dedicated to the team, to the culture, and to delivering great service to the residents at each senior living community.

Jesse Zamudio
Executive Director
A graduate of The University of Arizona (Bear Down!), Jesse has worked in the senior living industry for two decades, including executive assignments at several well-known companies in both California and Arizona. He’s been at Robson Reserve since October 2021 and is responsible for operations, sales and culture for Robson Reserve in Goodyear. Besides being a proud UofA grad, he’s also a proud papa to three amazing children and enjoys coaching Pop Warner Little Scholars football in his spare time. He says he has “limited working proficiency” in Spanish, so if you want to practice la lengua Española, give him a holler en Español.
Tyler Wood
Regional Maintenance Director
Tyler Wood serves as the Regional Maintenance Director for Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek. He is an Arizona native who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. He studied Criminal Justice at Phoenix College and has over 15 years of experience in Facility Management in the work force. He is actively involved in the community, as well as being an active part of his team at this Goodyear area senior community.
Jill Romo
Director of Sales and Marketing
As the Director of Sales and Marketing Jill brings over 10 years marketing and serving seniors. A seasoned marathon runner, Jill believes in living life to its fullest and instills that philosophy with the residents she serves.
Aneil Koerper
Regional Director of Life Enrichment
Aneil brings well-rounded knowledge and experience to Robson Reserve as the Lifestyle Director. Aneil began her career by training athletes and the public before she found her passion in senior fitness. Prior to joining the Robson Reserve team, Aneil ran an award-winning fitness program at a senior living community in Phoenix and is excited to provide residents of our senior community with her experience and research while providing an environment of successful active aging.
Kellie Moats
Director of Health Services
Kellie Moats is the Director of Health Services at Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Vocational Nursing license, Kellie began working with the senior population. She has accumulated experience in multiple levels of care including independent living, assisted living and memory care. Kellie has always had a passion for seniors and loves building meaningful relationships with residents at the Reserve while providing them with the best care.
Elizabeth Hunt
Business Office Manager
Elizabeth Hunt is a long-time hospitality professional, having served as the Executive Director for the Rawlins-Carbon County Chamber of Commerce in Wyoming and Sales Director for Best Western hotels. She has been with Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek since it opened in 2019. Elizabeth demonstrates her hospitality expertise at Robson Reserve by working with residents and family members to make the Reserve one of the best Arizona senior communities in Goodyear. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, and her grand dog.
Manny Inzunza
Executive Chef
Chef Manny Inzunza has been at this community since June, 2021. Before working at Robson Reserve in Goodyear, Manny worked in a handful of other luxury communities. He started working in the culinary industry at the age of 15 as a dishwasher and took every learning opportunity available to move upward as a line cook, kitchen manager, sous chef and now executive chef. While his experience makes him very knowledgeable in this industry, he is always excited to extend that knowledge to his team and continue to grow.
