A Calling Born from Personal Experience

Agie’s journey into senior living began in 2013, starting in Sales and Marketing. But his true passion ignited when he navigated the complexities of finding care for his own mother. “That personal experience opened my eyes to the challenges families face and inspired me to help others on their journey,” he shares.

Joining Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek in July 2023, Agie quickly became an integral part of the community. Starting in Sales and Marketing, and moving into the role of Executive Director. His dedication to the community, the residents and their families, and his team, shines through in every aspect of his role.

Heartwarming Moments

When asked about his most heartwarming experience, Agie emphasizes that “each day brings something special,” highlighting the countless memorable moments shared with residents, families, and team members. One in particular is of residents surprising him on his last day at a previous senior community with a group photo together.

Furry Friends

One of his favorite amenities within our independent living and assisted living community is the Bark Park. The Bark Park is an open-air outdoor area designed specifically for dogs and their owners. “It fosters meaningful connections between residents as they socialize while their pets play together on the lush, open lawn,” he explains. As a dog lover, he even brings his two dachshunds to visit, letting them enjoy the amenities and make new friends as well.

Empowerment & Impact

As Executive Director, Agie finds the most rewarding part of his role to be the impact he can make. “I value the trust residents place in us to address their concerns and enhance their daily experience. We are truly a family, and that sense of unity drives everything we do.”

His dedication is evident in his favorite resident activity: the annual concert series. “It brings joy to the community and showcases the vibrant lifestyle we offer,” he says. Beatles, Journey, and other tribute bands, bring the community together for an enjoyable concert.
